Deansgate Train station, which is located just 300 metres away, provides a direct route to Great Northern. Other nearby stations include Victoria, Salford Central and Oxford Road.  Manchester Piccadilly is a short taxi ride or approximately a 15 minute walk, alternatively visitors can use the free Metroshuttle bus service.

Car & Parking

Great Northern is easily accessed by car with secure and covered on-site parking for over 1,200 cars, offering 24 hour parking.

Entrance to the NCP car park is on Watson Street, behind the Great Northern development.

The Car Park is split into two separate car parks, The Great Northern Warehouse 1 & 2. They are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Great Northern Warehouse 1 Car Park has 519 total spaces and 24 disabled bays.

All major cards are accepted, it has CCTV, Lifts, is Park Mark Awarded and Gateway can be used there.

The Great Northern Warehouse 2 Car Park has 721 spaces, 27 disabled bays, cards are also accepted, it is Park Mark Awarded and also has a lifts into Great Northern.

Bus

Great Northern is well served by local bus routes along Deansgate and John Dalton Street, including the Metroshuttle free bus service.

Metroshuttles are free buses linking the main rail stations, car parks, shopping areas and businesses in Manchester city centre. Metroshuttle buses, No.3 (purple), No2 (Green) or No1 (Orange), run from Piccadilly, Salford Central, Victoria, Oxford Road and Deansgate rail stations. There are three circular routes covering the main areas in the city centre.
