Manchester’s best organic chocolate shop Dormouse has picked up another bunch of incredible wins at this year’s International Chocolate Awards, adding to a long list of accolades for producing high-quality, bean-to-bar fair trade delights with cacao from around the world.
Held on 14th July, the International Chocolate Awards recognised Great Northern’s world-class chocolatier with a bronze for their irresistible Afromuvaras Woman’s Association 60% milk, a silver for the rich Qori Warmi Peru 75% dark, and four golds for the Bread and Butter bars, including a special award for using locally sourced bread from Great Northern’s Holy Grain sourdough bakery.
Dormouse also stood above the rest as overall winner of the flavoured bars category!
