Cocoa Runners have enjoyed tasting bars from artisan makers from all four corners of the globe and will bring you a comprehensive tour of the world’s finest craft chocolates.
They will go under the hood of craft chocolate bars, looking in detail at the intricacies of cacao genetics, harvest, fermentation, vintages, conching and roasting, and examining how each stage of cacao production can affect the flavour of a bar. With makers from Cleethorpes to Copenhagen, Woodbridge to Warsaw and San Francisco to Saigon, we’ll be tasting a wide range of bars along the way.
