The Life Centre North is offering free virtual yoga classes to NHS workers.
If you work for the NHS here’s how you can benefit from free classes: create an account via their website (thelifecentrenorth.com), email us on manchester@thelifecentre.com telling us you work for the NHS, and we’ll add a monthly unlimited pass to your account. You will then be able to book onto any class free of charge.
