Returning once more to its original venue, Grimmfest 2022 comes to ODEON Cinemas at the Great Northern on 6 October for four days of the best in horror and genre cinema.
Featuring 21 films, 2 premiere shorts and plenty of stalls, Grimmfest is Manchester’s ‘International Festival of Fantastic Film’ and promises an extravaganza of scares, SFX and state of the art filmmaking.
Screening ‘the best in fantastic film’ since 2009, we are delighted that Grimmfest is back in its spiritual home for another fearsome festival entry.
Opening Night feature is the UK premiere of the darkly comic and delightfully quirky “fairy tale with Zombies”, THE LONELIEST BOY IN THE WORLD, with director Martin Owen in attendance, alongside starring actors Max Harwood (EVERYONE’S TALKING ABOUT JAMIE) and Ben Miller (ARMSTRONG AND MILLER, PRIMEVAL, BRIDGERTON, DEATH IN PARADISE).
