Great Northern Warehouse is proudly supporting Manchester’s pioneering Street Engagement Hub, a collaborative initiative dedicated to supporting vulnerable people, with an open donation box outside the Book Nook for the new Winter Ready Campaign.
The Hub is a partnership between CityCo, charity and voluntary organisations, like The Mustard Tree, Coffee for Craig as well as Manchester City Council and Greater Manchester Police.
The vital initiative aims to address the underlying causes of rough sleeping, minimise anti-social behaviour and begging, helping get people back into their own homes.
With the cold Mancunian weather showing no sign of letting up in early 2025, we’re asking for all your unwanted clothes to provide those in need with warmth and dignity during the harshest time of the year. Bring along sweaters, hoodies, fleeces, t-shirts, tracksuit bottoms, new socks and new underwear and drop them off in our donation box.
