From classic dishes with a unique twist to explosively flavoursome vegetarian options, Great Northern’s contemporary yet authentic Polish restaurant, Platzki, has unveiled a brand new seasonal menu of national delicacies and a range of aperitifs.
After a choice of irresistible £5 aperitifs, starters include a customary supply of the iconic and versatile pierogi, a warming dumpling filled with duck, juniper berries and plum sauce, with five available for just £9. Alongside them, diners can choose from kielbasa, sledz, burak and, naturally, platzki.
The new main courses range from karkowka – roasted pork neck in a garlic, paprika and tomato sauce served with spinach egg noodles – to vegetarian golabki and several others.
Check out the full menu below, and see Platzki Restaurant for more info. Please note that the restaurant is closed until 11th August.
