James Martin Manchester is celebrating the arrival of the new season with the launch of Taste of Summer, a carefully curated tasting experience designed to showcase the very best seasonal ingredients.
Available from Wednesday to Saturday from 18th June, guests can choose between two tasting menus that reflect the refined yet approachable style that defines the restaurant.
The six course Taste of Summer menu is available for £40 per guest, while the nine course James Martin Signature Menu is priced at £60 per guest.
Dishes across the menus include house cured salmon, Thai crab risotto, Lancashire ox cheek and a selection of seasonal desserts, with each course highlighting the flavours and colours of summer.
To complement the experience, guests can also enjoy a choice of expertly selected wine flights curated by the restaurant’s sommelier. A standard wine flight is available for £25, a premium wine flight for £35 and an alcohol-free pairing for £20.
